nursery sign deposit

This is a NON REFUNDABLE deposit for a nursery sign. Nursery signs start at $300 and the deposit will be deducted from your final purchase. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding your piece and to get a quote before purchasing. 

4-8 week turnaround** This turnaround can change during Christmas rush etc. and does not include shipping time. Details of your sign can impact the turnaround. Please reach out for current turnaround. roselilydesigns@outlook.com.

Design and materials; Paint, wood grain, carving and other aspects can vary and change from sign to sign. This product is handmade and is not always like the other. Colour selection from an image can be slightly different in person from colour to shade. 

Hanging hardware is not provided but we do provide a keyhole(s) for hanging. Additional hanging hardware will be installed and provided by customer.

Ordering process; Purchase a custom order deposit and send as much information about your design including your first and last name, if you need shipping or delivery pricing. The size and shape and whether you would like painted or wood.

Once the mock up is approved production will begin after the remaining balance is paid. No production will start without this payment and it could delay your turnaround time if not responsive. Contact will be made directly to you with mock up design within 5-7 days.

Delivery and shipping options; I am now delivering twice a month within some local areas. During the ordering process delivery pricing will be given and cant be changed once pricing has been finalized. Shipping is available Canada wide. Please add that into your description for your custom order pricing.

Returns on custom orders; Each piece is custom made and because of this I do not accept any returns. Please contact me if there is any issue with your order.
